Meet our Team

Mr Fitch is the Head of Science at Hewett Academy and the Subject Specialist Leader for Physics at the Inspiration Trust. He has extensive experience supporting the development of science education across secondary schools. Alongside his role at Hewett Academy, he supports the development of future science teachers through his work facilitating the Science Initial Teacher Training programme for the National Institute of Teaching. Passionate about inspiring curiosity and a deeper understanding of the world around us, he is committed to ensuring all pupils have access to an engaging, challenging and inclusive science curriculum.
